Youth Sports »The Wauconda Park District offers a wide variety of athletics for youth ages 2-15 years. These instructional programs are great for beginners and kids looking to advance their understanding of the fundamentals of sports. These classes are taught by Park District Staff or Contractual Groups such as: 5 Star Sports, Inc.; Golf Farm; Skills First Soccer and many others. Athletics include but are not limited to: Baseball, T-Ball, Lacrosse, Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Hockey, Golf, Soccer, Tennis, Gymnastics, Ice Skating and Karate.
Youth Leagues »The Wauconda Park District offers great instructional leagues for youth during the summer, fall and winter. Youth leagues are for beginners and kids looking to advance their understanding of the fundamentals of the sport. Summer leagues include T-Ball for kids ages 5-6 years, and Baseball for kids ages 7-10 years. During the fall we offer a Baseball league for kids ages 7-10 years. In winter we offer basketball leagues for 1st, 2nd grade (Small Shots), 3rd, 4th grade (Junior), and 5th , 6th grade (Youth).

Adult Sports »Throughout the year the Wauconda Park District offers sports for adults ages 18 and up. These instructional programs include: Adult Tennis Lessons, Adult Golf Lessons and the Isshinryu Karate Club. We also offer Recreational Softball Double-Header Tournaments in the summer months.
Adult Leagues »The Wauconda Park District offers a wide variety of leagues for adults ages 18 and up. During the summer months we offer Softball Leagues. Monday is our 12” Women’s League; Tuesday and Thursday is our 12” Men’s Leagues; and Friday is our 14” Co-Ed League. The fun doesn’t stop in the summer with our Fall Softball Double-Header Leagues for Men on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays. During the chill of the winter we bring it inside with our Volleyball Leagues. Monday is our Co-Ed Recreational League; Tuesday is our Co-Ed Intermediate League; and Wednesday is our Women’s Intermediate and Recreational Leagues.
