The Wauconda Park District is an organization which takes pride in its ability to serve the 13,000+ residents of Wauconda. The District employs 13 full-time and nearly one-hundred part-time and seasonal employees who operate various programs and facilities throughout the year. Early Childhood Instructors

Instructors needed for students in the Early Childhood program, ranging in age from Birth to 5 years
Needed year-round for programs.
College degree in Education, Early Childhood, or past experience in these areas is preferred

Adult League Managers & Youth Basketball Referees/Scorekeepers

Adult League Managers are needed for our Fall Softball Leagues which run on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday nights and begin near the end of August.  We are also looking for an Adult Volleyball League Manger to work on Wednesday evenings at the Wauconda Middle School.  This runs from November – March.  These positions require 18 and over to apply.

Youth Basketball Referees and Scorekeepers are needed for our Winter Youth Basketball Leagues.  Games are on Thursday nights and Saturday mornings and afternoons.  This runs from January – March.  Basketball experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Dance Instructor

The Wauconda Park District is seeking enthusiastic, experienced instructors for our Menagerie Dance program with reliable transportation.
Minimum 2 years teaching experience is required; dance degree preferred.
