LOCATION: Cook Park located at 600 N. Main Street.  This is an outdoor show. Crafters will need to enter off of Garland Road.

SHOW TIME:  10 AM – 5 PM 

 SET-UP:  7AM- 9:30 AM 

POLICIES:  Application sent without entry fee will not be considered.   The Wauconda Park District reserves the right to make or change rules and regulations for the purpose of improving the show.  By applying, applicants agree to follow rules and regulations of the show.

MEDIA:  The show is open to all types of crafts.  To enter, please submit at least two photographs typical of the work you intend to sell.  Photos should be close up shots of work, not of entire display.  All work must be original, hand-crafted, and exhibitors must sell their own work only.

GENERAL: Exhibitors are to supply their own display material as well as tables, chairs.  All exhibitors will be under one large tent.  There is no electric available and generators are prohibited.  Each exhibitor is responsible for the set-up, care and take-down of their own booth.  There will be a designated exhibitor parking area.

Event Description:

Come to Cook Park and enjoy a sunny summer afternoon with friends.  Challenge your friends to a game of bocce ball, horseshoes, bags or shuffle board.  If you are more into nature take a stroll along the banks of Bangs Lake on our lakefront trail or fish off our accessible fishing pier.  We will also be offering pontoon boat rides on Bangs Lake, the boat rides leave from the accessible pier.  We will provide a picnic lunch of hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, potato salad, dessert and all the fixings of a great barbeque.  Bring a lawn chair, friends, and sunscreen, we will do everything else.

Final Beach Bash

Bring the entire family to our traditional cookout finale of our beach season. Get ready for some wacky games, prizes, raffles, entertainment by a DJ, and much more. All participants will be entered into a drawing for a 2013 beach pass. Food and beverage will be available for purchase.
