Fitness First is located in the lower level of the Community Center, 600 N. Main Street, Wauconda.

The fitness center is complete with new cardio equipment, cardio theatre, Nautilus weight machines, full line of free weights, and more. Friendly and welcoming staff are always available to show you how to use the machines.

If you are looking for one-on-one attention, personal trainers are available by appointment for an additional fee.  Click here for more privileges and membership types.
